PROCEDURES FOR MAKING
UP CLASSES
The following
information will guarantee that you are able to make up all of your classes to
meet your 100% attendance requirements for the act

Make
sure that you have confirmed the dates you have missed with your instructor
before you leave on the final session.

Circle
these dates on the left side of the calendar that you missed.
·
Circle
the corresponding make-up date on the right hand side of the calendar.
·
You
do NOT have to call the office to
let them know you are attending the make-up date or that you will not be able
to attend.
·
You
will sign in at the principal’s table.
·
Remember
that Saturdays are 2 sessions. You will
have to sign in again after lunch.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I can’t make the exact date that I
missed?
Try to select any session in
that component that you missed.
If I missed a Saturday, AM and PM, and the make-up is
a Saturday PM and a Monday evening, can I do both sessions on a Saturday so
that I don’t have to make 2 trips.
Yes, this is okay.
If I can’t attend the make-up date in the component
that I missed, can I attend a session in another component?
Yes, this is okay even
though it is not preferred.
If my instructor is teaching again, do I
automatically get to go to his/her class?
You will be assigned to a
class by the principal according to available space.
Do I need to bring my binder to the class, and do I
have to participate?
Yes, you are expected to
bring your binder and participate in the activities
